We operate in the south east including Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Essex & London areas.  Welwyn garden rooms are a team of highly experienced tradesmen with over 20 years of experience in construction new build and refurbishment projects in and around London.  Now building garden rooms, pods and office spaces in Hertfordshire and surrounding counties  Quality to us is getting the job done correct and efficiently every time. We ensure our procurement of materials is to a high level of quality and has been tried and tested by ourselves. Our experience in construction give us a edge when it comes to correct methods of installation. Not only do we drive our own quality, we also eliminate reworks, defects and snagging by self delivering projects from design phase to  handover phases.  combine all of this into our garden rooms, pods and office spaces ensuring we cant be beaten on quality  Getting in contact is the easy part. We do require some basic information such as your name, postal code and your basic needs. We are able to advise or help on sizes and will always give our honest and experienced opinions on everything including designs. We will then take this basic information and process a formal design and estimate based on the two way conversations and variations ensuring you have a full knowledge of the build process including payment schedules, timescales and a full scope of works including materials. We also offer a face to face meeting to establish ground conditions, access and the finer finishing details for your garden rooms, pods and office spaces

I can't recommend them enough. Tom and Luke were fantastic! Friendly, trustworthy, transparent and incredibly skilled in what they do. I'm over the moon with my new garden office. I just sent Tom a crappy sketch of what I wanted and he really outdid himself with the design and build. He managed the whole project from start to finish. Groundworks, materials, electrics, flooring, decorating...everything! I would not hesitate to get these guys in, they're the best.

Tom and his team at Welwyn Garden Rooms have done a fantastic job on the home office they’ve built for myself and my wife. I requested a wall cupboard to hide the fuse board and a step on the outside, which were not originally planned but Tom and his team included them without an issue or problems and it really added to the feel of the office. They also kindly provided some extra work on my property to update my household fuse board to a more modern installation which was highly appreciated. I am looking forward to getting Tom and his team in the future for some additional work I may need. Honestly I cant thank Tom and Welwyn Garden Rooms enough and would highly recommend them to anyone who wishes to add one of these garden rooms to their property.

We hired Welwyn Garden Rooms to build us an office and an area for storage at the bottom of our garden in late summer 2022. From the start, Tom was very responsive and was great at communicating with us, all the way from quotation stage right through to handover. As a very fussy client (!) and someone who understands a little of the construction trade myself, I was perhaps one of Tom's more fastidious clients, but all of my slightly leftfield requests, were always dealt with by Tom with enthusiasm and flexibility. I also felt that Tom was looking at his work from the view of the client, all the time and therefore I totally trusted that the quality of build would be where it needed to be. On site, the team were really wonderful to have around, very friendly and worked at a brisk pace, but not so much that we felt anything was being rushed. I really feel that Tom takes pride in the quality of his and the team's building work and the finish is living proof of that. We had some of the wildest weather during the build with regular downpours almost every day after the first week, but this did not perturb the team, and it was completed as per the original schedule. Would definitely recommend without hesitation.

We are so pleased with our Garden room/ studio. Tom and his team delivered on every aspect. They were on site every day come rain, wind and snow- literally nothing stopped them from working. Very professional throughout which included the initial meeting, planning, building and after final construction. We cannot recommend Welwyn Garden Rooms highly enough. The final finish is of the highest quality and we are loving our new room. Couldn’t ask for more from Tom and his skilled team.

Couldn’t be happier with the outcome, the quality of work was exceptional, so pleased we instructed them to carry out the work. Tom and the team were very experienced, polite and extremely punctual, nothing was too much trouble. The communication throughout was faultless, talking us thorough every step before hand and during the build, problem solving on the spot when required.
