Pecasa Annexes are affordable living spaces with cooking and washing facilities that offer independence to a family member away from the main home but still close enough to have day to day support, as needed. Choose Pecasa Premium Annexes that are both large and little, fully approved by construction codes, with a bathroom, kitchen, contemporary accents in graphite and black, and an overhanging roof.

From the first visit to their showroom at Mill Hill, to final completion, the Company have excelled throughout. During their site visit, everything was discussed and explained. Delivery of each package was on time, the building team were thorough, friendly and accommodating and the painting team were just brilliant. Each part of the project was discussed beforehand and we were kept in touch with the owners during each step. We would recommend the Company to anyone wanting a summerhouse

I can highly recommend Patrick and his team at Pecasa who built my garden room in 2021. The team are knowledgeable, highly skilled, efficient and use premium materials. Everyone is polite and extremely easy to deal with. The garden room is the perfect outbuilding which is used as a gym, workspace and storage area, built at a reasonable price. I am delighted with the addition to our home.
