Got served by miserable chav of a cashier (mouthy, dirty blonde, high gelled-back ponytail like Vicky Pollard) who was extremely talkative and friendly with the customers in front. When it came to serving my sister and I, she looked at us like we were filth, despite me giving her a friendly smile. I suspect if you aren't "her type of person" her customer service - and basic human interaction - skills are non-existent. Otherwise, it's a decently-stocked branch of B&M, especially for kitchen cupboard items and homeward bits, and at much better value than the nearby Poundland and Lidl.

So disappointed and so rude cashiers and managers. I both a product and wasn't good I bring it back next day and they said we can't accept it or give me an exchange because is was a bed duvet. Did not even look at the product if is in good condition or listen to me just served other customers and left me there. I spend lot of money there all the time I will never buy nothing from them because dose't respect the customers and dis not given the option to use the money for other product if dose't fit ther needs.

Three times in they'll last couple of weeks they've had only one person on the check outs and I've waited in a queue of about 10 people. This in the run-up to Christmas. Today the customer in front of me asked if they could open another check out and was told there was no-one else!
